【感恩回顾】惠灵顿 “冬季仙境市集”温暖送支持 A Wellington Winter Wonderland Bazaar

惠灵顿 温暖支持

2019年末，由上海惠灵顿外籍人员子女学校家长会FOW（Friends of Wellington）主办，行动亚洲策划支持，在上海惠灵顿外籍人员子女学校的白色圆顶体育馆进行了一场温暖的“冬季仙境市集”！现场除了前来协助帮忙的家长、志愿者，更有多样摊位，一齐共襄盛举。

Near the end of 2019, Wellington College International Shanghai organised a Winter Wonderland Bazaar with the support of ACTAsia, at the dome of their Shanghai campus! Vendors, parents and volunteers all enjoyed exploring the dozens of stalls.

此次的市集，主办方FOW（Friends of Wellington）为支持行动亚洲生命关怀教育项目的经营，精心策划了公益抽奖环节，让参与者能以透过购买公益彩券的方式，来参与公益，并将彩券售出的金额全数捐给行动亚洲。希望以此环节，传递更多的善行与温暖。At this Bazaar, FOW (Friends of Wellington) introduced a charity tombola, and all the funds raised at the raffles station that day went towards supporting ACTAsia and the Caring for Life Education. Through participating in this charity tombola, it was hoped that more love and warmth could be spread in the holiday season.

现场许多带着孩子们前来的家长，听完公益彩券的目的后，与孩子互动讨论，问孩子：“买这些彩券可以做公益，帮助更多人。你想不想要买呀？” 令志愿者、工作人员感动的是，孩子们都认真坚定地回答：“要！”A lot of students arrived at the Bazaar with their parents. When they learned about what the funds were for, some parents asked if their children wanted to do charity to help others. The volunteers and helpers were very touched to hear that the children all said an unequivocal “yes”.

在主办方 FOW 以生命关怀教育为题，鼓励家长跟孩子的支持下，本次市集共募得20,000元的善款，并于活动后全数捐由行动亚洲，作为生命关怀教育项目发展经营使用。With its theme being Caring for Life Education, and the encouragement by the organiser FOW, this Bazaar had helped raised $20,000, all of which would be donated to ACTAsia for the development and operations of the Caring for Life Education programme.
